MARTEC SOLUTIONS’ J-TEC Mud-Lube Motors and Coil Tubing Jars are manufactured in Houston for a variety of thru-tubing, workover and fishing-intervention applications. MARTEC SOLUTIONS also provides high performance all-metal motors for demanding high temperature and corrosive environments. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations with robust and durable downhole coiled tool solutions in a cost- effective manner. Our J-TEC tools are based on proven designs with thousands of hours of successful service operation in active basins in the USA, Mexico, South America, Africa and the Middle East. Current J-TEC tool designs incorporate continuous improvements providing for superior quality tools with straightforward, easy tool maintenance procedures.
MARTEC’s J-TEC mud-lube motors are manufactured in sizes ranging from 1½” to 3¾” OD. J-TEC motors are available with a variety of conventional and even-wall power sections from USA manufacturers incorporating superior wear resistant hard rubber- NBR elastomers and 17-4 PH stainless steel chrome coated rotors.
Our J-TEC Dual Acting Coiled Tubing (DACT) Jars are designed for extended reach mill outs with high torque motors and can be used in both workover rig and hydraulic workover (HWO) applications. J-TEC DACT Jars are manufactured with high yield material and come with premium upgrade seals and ID coatings. Our jars are available in 2 7/8” and 3 1/8” OD.
The J-TEC Metal2Metal high performance motor is an all-metal motor for use in corrosive and high temperature environments. The J-TEC Metal2Metal motor has no seals or rubber components and includes an all-metal power section, eliminating rubber failures and the need for stator relines. J-TEC Metal2Metal motors are available in 1 11/16” and 2 1/8” OD.
MARTEC’s downhole thru-tubing tools are available for sale to clients with operations in the USA and international markets. We also support our clients with the sale of spare parts as well as technical and redress training.
